At PA Mounted CAT QRF, we are committed to bridging the gap between disaster and recovery — swiftly, skillfully, and with purpose. Founded in Pennsylvania and operating with global reach, our mission is to provide rapid response and assistance not only with search and rescue (SAR) and asset salvage and preservation efforts, but also with assistance accessing disaster-stricken areas by virtue of the employment of highly trained operators specializing in 1) chainsaw handling and safe equipment utilization, 2) rope handling and rigging and 3) debris removal and clean up.

We stand ready to deploy wherever and whenever we are needed, offering agile, remote-capable support in times of crisis. Our work is grounded in service, resilience, and community — empowering today’s youth through hands-on training and cultivating pathways for dedicated volunteers and staff to contribute meaningfully to emergency relief efforts.

Through strategic partnerships with local, state, federal, and international agencies, we endeavor to amplify our impact and ensure that our boots-on-the-ground capabilities align with broader humanitarian goals.
